The colours of our jerseys take their inspiration from the typical Basque fishing boats, the same ones we see on our coastal routes. And, more importantly, the boats bringing home the catch each morning, later to be transformed into culinary art by our chefs.
Our jersey is emblazoned with four words from the Basque language which define exactly what cycling means to us, and the life of the arrantzaleak - the Basque fishing crews:
"Ohorea" - Honour
"Adorea" - Courage
"Adiskidetasuna" - Friendship
"Bihotza" - Heart
