Our close friend Iñigo Lavado, cyclist and chef.  Or chef and cyclist - we don’t know which is first!  What we do know is we’ll be greeted with his gazpacho before taking our seats and commencing with a lineup of elaborate dishes, each one a delight.

The terrain around the restaurant is where all is decided in the famous one-day Clásica San Sebastián, traditionally the first race after the Tour de France.  We can attack the summits of Category 1 Jaizkibel, el Castillo del Inglés, or, if you have the legs, we’ll cross into France via the Palomeras pass.  The decision is in your hands (and legs!)

As before, our van will take you back to your accommodation in San Sebastián.

Note: Lunch is for the customers. If you would like that the guide have lunch with you we'll have to charge you an extra cost. Please let us know with enough time in order to organize the booking.
